Spend more than $300.00 on your order and we'll ship it to you free of charge in the lower 48 United States.

We ship through UPS and FedEx for most products, USPS for small parts and accessories, and LTL  freight for large/heavy products

*PLEASE NOTE: Free shipping does not apply on select products that require LTL freight or as specified in the product description.

Order Confirmation & Shipping Information:

Upon completing your purchase and placing an order, you will promptly receive an automated confirmation email from us. Subsequently, we initiate communication with our warehouse to verify the immediate availability of your selected product. Once the payment is processed, we will expedite the shipping of your order as soon as possible..

All products are typically delivered within 5-14 business days with a cut-off time of 2:00pm EST daily, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

In the event that the item you ordered is unavailable or on backorder, we will promptly notify you via email. Upon shipment of your order, a tracking number will be provided to you through email. If you do not receive a confirmation email or tracking number, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at team@sidelinesportsupply.com.

Track Your Order

In addition to the tracking number sent to your email, you can visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order number to see the status of your order.

Backorders

In the event that a product you have ordered is currently unavailable or on backorder, we will promptly notify you of the status via email. Backordered items are those temporarily out of stock, and restocking is underway.

If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, we will ship the available items immediately. The backordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available, at no additional cost to you.

You have the option to cancel backordered items from your order before they are shipped. If you choose to cancel, please contact our customer service at team@sidelinesportsupply.com, and we will assist you accordingly.

We strive to provide accurate estimates of the expected restocking time for backordered items, but please note that these timelines are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to fulfill your complete order in a timely manner.

Damages and Faulty Items

Please thoroughly inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at team@sidelinesportsupply.com if the item is defective or damaged. If possible, please take photos of the damages/defects and attach them to your email. We will evaluate the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed, whether it be a replacement or a refund.

Important Information for LTL Freight Shipments

For large or heavy items that require Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight shipments, there are specific guidelines to ensure a smooth delivery process, incorporating key details for your convenience:

Upon the item's arrival in your city or a nearby city, the dispatcher will contact you to coordinate a future delivery date and time. It's crucial to establish this appointment, as the item will not be delivered until confirmed.

Please ensure you are present at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery window to receive and sign for the item. The dispatcher will provide available dates for delivery appointments, limited to Monday through Friday. Specifics may vary depending on the freight company. 

Make certain that the phone number provided at checkout is accurate and reachable and avoid declining phone calls until after your item has been successfully delivered.

The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck, typically with a single delivery person. It will be placed either at your door or in the closest accessible area. Due to its large size, placing it directly at your door may not always be feasible.

Retain all packing materials, including the pallet, as they are essential in the event of a return. If you decide to return the item, having the original packing materials is a requirement for the process.

Your cooperation and adherence to these guidelines are appreciated, as they contribute to the efficient and secure delivery of your LTL freight shipments.

Important Information for International Customers

Please be aware that as an international customer, you are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes associated with your order (details outlined below).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Upon reaching the destination country, the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient, as we have no control over these government-imposed fees and cannot predict their amounts. Customs policies vary among countries, and we do not offer advice on taxes specific to your country.

We report the actual sale amount on the Customs form and cannot fulfill requests to declare a lower value than the purchase amount. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the legality of the ordered products in their country. Please refrain from ordering items that are illegal to import into your country, as laws vary, and we cannot keep track of all regulations.

Customer Responsibilities:

As the buyer, it is your responsibility to research and understand the regulations before placing an order. Contact your local customs office for information.

To expedite customs clearance and avoid delays, consider the following:

1. Provide a reachable phone number for customs to contact you upon your product's arrival.

2. Do not refuse a shipment or disregard carrier requests regarding duty and tax charges.

Be aware that carriers typically hold a shipment for 5 days after reaching your country before returning it to the sender. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for goods refused at customs. Additional fees resulting from refused shipments will be deducted from your refund.

If we incur charges for your taxes and duties or face penalties related to your order, these costs will be charged to your credit card.

In the event that Customs seizes the package for any reason and we do not receive it back, no refund will be issued. If we do receive the package after seizure, you remain responsible for shipping charges, fees, and penalties incurred. Local laws and regulations determine the outcome of seized packages.
