Return and Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
While most products are not subject to a restocking fee, some manufacturers require that we charge a restocking fee of up to 15% if the delivery is refused for any other reason than a damaged product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unless product is defective or damaged, customer will be required to pay the return shipping fee.
Order Cancellations
Customers can request order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order cannot be canceled as it might have already been processed and shipped. Please contact us immediately at team@sidelinesportsupply.com for order cancellations.
Damages and Faulty Items
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at team@sidelinesportsupply.com if the item is defective or damaged. If possible, please take photos of the damages/defects and attach them to your email. We will evaluate the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed, whether it be a replacement or a refund.
Warranty Coverage
Some products may come with a manufacturer's warranty. If your item is covered by a warranty, please refer to the product's warranty documentation for instructions on how to proceed. Contact us at team@sidelinesportsupply.com for assistance or clarification on warranty coverage.
Buyer's Remorse
If you change your mind after making a purchase and would like to return the item for reasons other than damage or defect, you may do so within the 30-day return period. The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fees (up to 15%).
Wrong Product
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at team@sidelinesportsupply.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at our expense.
After 30 days, no returns will be accepted
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in the amount of purchase minus any applicable restocking fees (up to 15%). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
