The Flat Faced Training Goal is constructed from lightweight 2-inch square aluminum tubing, creating a strong yet portable frame that sits flat against the playing surface. Wide steel base plates measuring 3 inches wide x 3/8 inches thick x 3 feet long provide excellent stability and are available with or without ground spikes depending on field surface. The net is securely fastened around the frame using bungee balls, ensuring consistent tension during high-volume training.

With a zero-depth, flat-face design, this goal eliminates rebounds, making it ideal for accuracy drills, finishing practice, goalkeeper positioning, and passing targets.
